Neck Two-piece Maple neck with center strip, bound ebony fingerboard with neo-classic markers and dots on binding. 12″ radius on fingerboard; 25.5″ (64.8 cm) scale length, nut with is 1.6875″ (43mm).
Frets 22 medium frets with no appreciable wear.
Body 16″ (40.64 cm) wide, 2.5″ (63.6 cm) deep Maple laminate body with bound F-holes, bound top and back. Transverse bar and sound-post bracing.
Finish Cherry-tint urethane finish in excellent condition. There’s no appreciable wear or marking.
Hardware/electronics TV Jones Classic pickups, pickup selector, master volume, individual volume controls, master tone control. V-cut B6C Bigsby with flat handle. Adjusto-Matic bridge with ebony base. Chrome Grover Roto-Matics.
Playability/Action This guitar plays very, very well. It’s bright and crisp and clean, and sounds great overdriven.
Case Original Gretsch case included.
Comments The Japanese-made Gretsch models are consistently very good. This wonderful Gretsch Chet Atkins Tennessee Rose 6119 guitar from 2007 is in excellent conditon. It shimmers and has lots of twang; it’s very comfortable and feels solid.
