Neck Poplar neck with unbound rosewood fingerboard. Block faux-mother-of-pearl position markers.
Frets Refretted and in very good playing condition.
Body Poplar body with single cutaway.
Finish Nitrocellulose lacquer. Original creme body finish in good shape, neck is black with some wear.
Hardware/electronics Two humbucking pickups, pickup selector, individual volume and tone controls. Rosewood bridge and base. Gold-coloured tailpiece and pickup covers. Dual-layer, black and white Plexi pickguards. Gold Kluson Deluxe tuners with plastic tulip tips. Original serial number plate is missing from back of headstock.
Playability/Action Plays very well – it has been refretted and set up and is ready to gig.

Comments Supro guitars and amps were made by Valco, as one of a range of brand names including Oahi, National, and Airline. This great-condition 1959 example has been refretted but is otherwise original and is in great playing order.
