⚌Reduced‼ Neil Hebert Classical Guitar Brazilian Rosewood, 1986

Here is a rarity, a Neil Hebert classical guitar built in Montreal during 1986, with Cedar top and Brazilian Rosewood for the back, sides and headplate.  Neil Hebert retired some years ago, and was a highly respected builder while active. Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of information available about him, though he does get a mention in the Canadian Encyclopedia under ‘Guitar’.

❌SOLD❌ Bruce Haines Classical Guitar, Ziricote 2019

After our brief break, we’ll start off with a new Bruce Haines classical guitar, using an AAA grade Englemann Spruce top and a lovely Ziricote set for the back and sides. This lovely Bruce Haines classical guitar is built in the traditional Spanish style.  The sides and neck integrated via the ‘slipper heel’.  With this method, the sides slot into the the heel for unified construction and greater transmission of vibration. The top is AAA grade Engelmann Spruce. The neck and solid, non-kerfed linings are Honduran Mahogany.  The body bindings are Ebony with Alaskan Cedar purflings.
