❌SOLD❌ Collings OM1A Julian Lage Signature Guitar, 2018

This Collings OM1 A Julian Lage signature model, using the A for Adirondack Spruce top option, is an exceptional guitar and was the last collaboration by Bill Collings before his death in 2017. Based on Lange’s original 1939 000-18, the Collings OM1-JL uses traditional materials – spruce top, mahogany back, sides and neck, and ebony for the fingerboard, headplate and bridge. The nut and saddle are bone. The  tuners are by Waverly, and work very well.   On this guitar, the neck is carved to match Lange’s.

❌SOLD❌ Gibson ES-175 Steve Howe Signature Cutaway Archtop Sunburst, 2002

❌SOLD❌ Gibson ES-175 Steve Howe Signature Cutaway Archtop Sunburst, 2002

The Gibson ES-175 is a fully hollow, archtop electric guitar. As such, in a situation like an arena stage with rock band volumes, it should feed back to the point of detonation, but Howe made it work. Since the late 1940’s, Gibson has used maple laminates on guitars like this because of its improved feedback rejection compared to the solid maple and spruce used on acoustic archtops.
