The Gibson Les Paul Classic Premium Plus was built from 1993 to 2001 as a high end version of the Classic, which provided the slimmer 1960 neck profile. As with other higher end Les Paul models, the body features a Mahogany back with a highly figured, bookmatched Flame Maple cap, Mahogany body and Indian Rosewood fingerboard.

MORE →The Gibson EDS-1275 is the company’s current doubleneck design with six and twelve string necks. This design addresses a number of performance issues, primarily how to avoid switching instruments when a piece calls for both six and twelve string parts. Shown here is a Gibson EDS-1275 doubleneck in cherry finish, built mid 1990 at Nashville, Tennessee. It is in very good, clean and almost entirely original condition with its original rectangular hard shell case.

MORE →A great instrument and rarity, the Gibson Collector’s Choice™ #7 1960 Les Paul “Shanks”, based on exhaustive examination of the original piece. From 2010 to 2017, Gibson released 40 Collector’s Choice models, all drawn from original examples. This Gibson Collector’s Choice™ #7 example was one of 300 built during 2013 at Gibson Nashville and is in excellent condition – but as it reproduces a vintage instrument, it does not look like it did when new in 1960!
