Taylor NS64ce Nylon String Cutaway Guitar Natural, 2008

Based on the Grand Auditorium Venetian cutaway body style, the Taylor NS64ce pairs an Engelmann Spruce top with Big Leaf Maple for the sides and back. The neck and body blocks are Mahogany, the radiused fingerboard Ebony, and Cocobolo is used for the bridge and head plate.

This Breedlove Premier Parlor Guitar is paired with a Sitka top and Mahogany for the back and sides, was built during 2016 in Bend, Oregon. This discontinued, lovely small bodied guitar is in very good, clean condition and has a full, well balanced tone with plenty of sparkle and warmth. It plays very nicely and is a real sonic pleasure to play.

Gretsch G6129 Silver Sparkle Jet, 1989 / No Longer Available

Always tasteful and visually restrained, the Gretsch G6129 Silver Sparkle Jet first appeared in 1954 as an answer to the Les Paul model. While there are some immediately apparent visual similarities – the single cutaway body of Mahogany with a Maple cap – underneath there were significant differences. From 1954, the original Gretsch Jet models started with a Maple body, routed to provide a number of chambers for resonance and weight relief.

Fairbanks Vega Whyte Laydie No.2 Banjo, 1910

Following its original form as an A.C Fairbanks product, the Fairbanks Vega Whyte Laydie featured a natural finish on the maple neck and pot which provided its name. However, the real innovation was the Whyte Ladyie tone ring and bracket band, reducing the number of holes drilled and adding mass to the pot.
