The Schecter C6 Plus is a straight ahead, no-nonsense model providing great looks, playability and tone at a reasonable price.
Combining the proven ingredients of a Maple neck with 24-fret Indian Rosewood fingerboard and a Basswood body, the Schecter C6 Plus also sports a top ‘image’ layer of Quilted Maple, finished with a very nice Charcoal Burst finish. The tuners are standard enclosed models without locks, and at the other end the strings run through the body to a Tune-O-Matic style adjustable bridge. Electronics are simple – a pair of Schecter Diamond Plus humbuckers feed to a pickup selector, followed by master volume and tone controls. The fret wire is an extra large size, giving plenty of grip for easy bends, clear tones and longer wear. The nut is Graphite to ease string travel and tuning smoothness.
This is a very nice guitar that won’t break the bank, and it looks and feels great.
