MORE →The Boucher Wild Goose 000 Cutaway Steel String is built using Adirondack spruce for the top and bracing – the Boucher shop is located in Quebec’s Adirondack mountains, a bit east of Quebec City on the South Shore, and the spruce is local. These are great playing and sounding instruments. Boucher now has two models, the Genuine Goose and the Studio Goose, with a satin or gloss finish, body sizes and appointments being the main differentiator.
