Based on the classic 1930’s ‘Duolian’ style design, this National Raw Series is a single-cone, 12-fret Resophonic guitar with the ‘Raw ‘ wax finish. The first instruments built by the National String Instrument Corporation were the famous Tri-Cone models and were invented to address the need for more volume in a time before electric amplification.

Built 2002 to 2011, the Taylor NS62ce was a ‘crossover’ model, part of the Nylon Series. A ‘Crossover’ usually has a number of features seldom found on other nylon string guitars, including a cutaway plus a narrower, crowned fingerboard and often electronics.

Here we’re looking at a Huss and Dalton FS, cutaway for upper register access, with Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back and sides, Mahogany neck with bound Ebony fingerboard, and Ebony bridge.

The Fender Rosewood Telecaster ’69 Reissue was built by the Fender Custom Shop during 2007 as a limited release ending December 31 of that year. Few of the originals were built or sold. The most well known of the Fender Rosewood Telecasters was the one owned by George Harrison, used on the Let It Be album and the ill-fated rooftop concert.
