Built in Madrid, the Ramirez 4CWE is the top level, cutaway version of the E series classical models, with full 650mm scale length and a slightly narrower, 50mm nut width. These guitars are intended for the serious, advanced student or working guitarist requiring a high quality, responsive instrument.

Now discontinued and replaced by the Ramirez Cut 2, the Ramirez 4CWE is built in a largely traditional manner with a solid cedar top, Indian Rosewood for the back, sides, headplate and bridge, and a slipper-heel Spanish Cedar neck with Ebony fingerboard. A Fishman Aura pickup set is shop installed.

This example dates to 2003 and is in very good condition. There are a few small dings on the top, but the rest of the guitar is very clean. It has the characteristic full, rich tone of a Ramirez guitar, and the cutaway greatly aids access to the upper registers.

This guitar has just been set up in our store, and plays well and cleanly.

The original Ramirez hard shell case is included.
