This specific 1999 Schoenberg Soloist OM was built by at Martin Dana Bourgeois before he launched his own shop and label. It is built with an Adirondack Spruce top, Brazilian rosewood back,sides and headplate, mahogany neck, with snowflake-inlaid ebony for the fingerboard and pyramid style bridge.

Originally drawing from the heritage of the Epiphone workforce, Guild has produced many extremely good instruments over the years. They feature solid, practical designs, excellent wood selection, and top level craftsmanship.

1944 Gibson J-45 (SOLD)

Here’s a great early piece – a 1944 Gibson J-45, built during the third year of production. Drawing heavily on the design of the just-discontinued J-35, the J-45 mostly differs with stiffer X bracing, tall, thin and scalloped top bracing, a fatter, non-V neck profile, and only being available with a sunburst finish.
